These terms govern your use of this website and any quote, booking or enquiry you submit through it. By using this website or engaging Pulseline Electrical Pty Ltd ("Pulseline", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & pricing
Prices, estimates and calculator results shown on this website (including the smoke alarm and EV charger estimators) are indicative only and are not a final quote. A final price is confirmed after an onsite assessment or written quote issued via ServiceM8. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings & scheduling
Bookings made through our online booking pages are subject to confirmation and availability. We'll contact you to confirm any booking details, including date, time and scope of work.
4. Licensing & compliance
Pulseline Electrical Pty Ltd is a licensed electrical contractor in Queensland (Licence #1507429). All electrical work is carried out in accordance with AS/NZS wiring rules and relevant Queensland legislation, and a compliance certificate is issued where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulseline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
